course

This online meditation course is perfect regardless of where you are located in the world and can be done in the comfort of your own home or quiet location and are delivered live via Zoom. 

 

Over the 4 consecutive weeks (60-75 minutes sessions) we will cover a few topics, as detailed below to give you a solid base and understanding around developing and maintaining a meditation practise.

week 1

We get back to basics and cover the who, what and why. We will then delve into the main top of the session which is based around Awareness and Breath.

week 2

We will revisit briefly the Awareness aspect covered in Week 1 before moving into Body Sensation and the Thinking Mind. 

week 3

We get started with a meditation covering all points concentrated on through Weeks 1 + 2. From there we will bring the element of Loving Kindness. Loving Kindness to ourselves, to those closest to us and on a bigger scale. This will tap into emotions and bring up qualities in ourselves and others that we may or may not perceive as good or bad.

week 4

As always we will start by revisiting the main elements of previous weeks and do a group meditation together before discussing how to Maintain Momentum with your meditation practise and how to progress from here.

date + time

These will be hosted on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm AEST (Australian based time) and anybody located in the UK is welcome to join of course it will be 10.30am (BST). Other course times will be coming for those of you located in Europe and UK.

Price is £35/$60(AUD) for a 4 week course. Please allow for 60-75 minutes each week for open discussion and questions at the end.
