Over 7 consecutive days*, we’ll explore restorative practices including my own signature Restore stretch classes and also slow flow yoga, Yin yoga, meditation and muscle relaxation.
HOW IT WILL WORK
Each day you will receive an email with details of the Daily Restorative Practise which could be either a movement practice or meditation/mindfulness practice.

Each practice will be between 20-30 mins in length. This is a big part of the challenge - to make time for YOU daily!
​
You will receive a login for the BXB Restore Page which can be found on website homepage. When you login, the class of the day will be there and will stay for duration 7 day challenge period. So you'll have access to all 7 classes for that period as they are added.
​
All of these practices will work to settle the nervous system so physically you feel more open and at ease in the body, the mind more settled and still and the heart more peaceful + joyous so you can spend the rest of your days feeling more rested, resilient + focused to take on the demands of modern day life.
