PILATES
MAT + REFORMER
Kirsty uses a blend of modern and traditional pilates methods with a strong emphasis on the breath.
Using a slower pace allows more body awareness and focus on alignment to have proper muscle activation and coordination of breath.
Setting the body up for success and safely by activating and stabilising the body through core muscles of abdominals, glutes and shoulders and then adding more variety and challenge throughout. There is attention to create more space and flexibility in the body for a well rounded approach.
She likes to make this a very mindful experience, it’s so easy in our busy everyday lives to be distracted and to rush through everything but by slowing the pace and connecting the breathe to the body it gives the mind some space so you leave feeling very grounded and energised.
So whether you are looking to support a favourite sport or hobby or you want this to be a new hobby in itself, get ready to feel amazing in your body!

YOGA + YIN
THE METHOD
Kirsty prefers to stay more to the traditional side of yoga where everything originates from the breath. Her Vinyasa yoga is a slow flow and a very mindful and considered style of class to take the time to focus on alignment and build strength through static holds. She will challenge you on the physical and mental level and make you feel supported throughout.
Her YIN yoga is a much slower paced class and less of a flow but instead involves longer holds in each posture. Challenging in a different sense. During each shape she will have you ‘working in’ a variety of ways from colour therapy, to chakras, to pranayama(breath work), visualisation and progressive muscle relaxation. This class is very restorative in nature and should leave you feeling very relaxed, grounded and peaceful.

These sessions are tailored made to suit your goals, abilities, likes + dislikes.
Kirsty likes to use a variety of practises within these sessions to get the most out of the time. A strong focus is on major muscle group activation for safety and efficient. Functional movement patterns to improve everyday quality of life and ability.
Challenging the body in multiple ways to create a muscle stimulus and response aka results and most importantly time to lengthen out all the worked muscles and to relax the nervous system to bring the body back into equilibrium.
These sessions will challenge on a physical and mental level and leave you feel strong, capable and confident.
BARRE
A FUSION OF BALLET, PILATES + YOGA
Kirsty’s Barre sessions are a unique blend of ballet moves with yoga and pilates for a flowing class which transitions from one exercise to the next seamlessly so you have a full body workout that keeps you moving throughout.
This is a fun class that is guaranteed to get that glute and thigh burn!
No dance or any experience necessary, this is open to all levels with plenty of options provided throughout.
